Self-care is important now more than ever in 2020, and while I’ve recently written about great ways to take care of your wellness at home, there’s nothing better than treating yourself to a spa day. Whether you just need to recharge or you’re celebrating a special occasion, a visit to The Spa at Auberge Beach will leave you feeling like a newly refreshed person. As part of the beautiful oceanfront Auberge Beach Residences, this spa is open to anyone, not just residents.
The Spa at Auberge Beach takes inspiration from their surrounding environment, and focuses on the healing properties of Sea, Salt, Sand, and Sound. The interiors are immaculately designed with cool tones, marble features, amazing light, and plenty of space. There is a wonderful flow throughout the property, and of course, you are right on the ocean so you can enjoy pristine beach views.
The Spa at Auberge Beach has gone above and beyond recently to ensure the safety of all its spa guests by following the CDC standards, new industry guidelines, and providing their employees with personal protection equipment. In fact, they even offer a few self-guided, no-contact services!
Everything at The Spa at Auberge Beach is state-of-the-art including their quartz treatment beds, salt caves, infrared saunas, steam rooms, and more. I love the grand outdoor terrace space, along with their three spa garden treatment cabanas which make you feel even more safe because you’re outside. Beginning Thursday, September 10th from 7-10 pm, you can enjoy their special Cabana Nights with outdoor massages, music, fire pit, and an Aperol Spritz! Call 754-900-4067 to schedule.
The spa menu is extensive at Auberge Beach, offering massage, facial, nail, hair, and beauty bar services. With any treatment you book here, there is complimentary valet parking included, along with a glass of Prosecco, tea, and spa snacks.
Please note their temporary changes due to COVID-10: Steam, Salt Room, and Sauna are temporarily closed, along with beach access. Waxing services are temporarily not available.
In terms of massages, The Spa at Auberge Beach offers a Custom Massage that can work for absolutely anyone. I love getting this massage with lava hot stones. I also get to choose between which oils they use, a preference of light to firm touch techniques, and more. Their lavender oil is my absolute favorite!
For example, the Napa Mudslide is a great new treatment which cleanses, nurtures, and resorts using customized mineral-enriched salts, clay, and pure essential oils. You get to self-scrub, rinse, apply clay mud to your body, and then enter a private steam room. Afterwards, you rinse, hydrate and get comfortable in one of their zero gravity vibrating loungers with a meditative headset for deep restorative rest.
Their Personal Refuge treatment is also a special one which helps rebalance your life by creating a personal space for one person. First, you cocoon in their warm quartz bed with a self applied layer of CBD Cream, combined with essential oils as you absorb the quartz energy. All the while, you are listening to meditative binaural beats to clear your mind of any stress or tension.
I especially love the facials and massages offered at The Spa at Auberge Beach. Their Organic Recovery Facial is perfect for anyone who’s recently experienced a lifestyle change, illness, or stress that has caused your skin to become dull and imbalanced. They used advanced remedies to detoxify and recover your skin to promote healthy skin cell turnover. This facial involves deep exfoliation, a professional strength peel, and Vitamin C infusions. Everything can be customized to fit the immediate need’s of your skin!
If you want to fully get in the relaxation mindset before or after one of your treatments, there’s a private meditation room guests can take advantage of as well.
I felt very safe during all of my treatments due to their diligent care. Have your mask on when you walk into the The Spa at Auberge Beach and they’ll ask you if you want a glass of Prosecco or water as soon as you arrive. Then you’re escorted to a locker room to change into your robe and they make sure you aren’t touching everything around you. You are asked to wash your hands before your services begin.
If you’re getting a massage, you put your mask in a tray next to the sink, and are face down on the table. When it’s time to turn over, they bring over the tray and you put on your mask for the rest of the treatment. You have the choice if you want your therapist to wear gloves or not. For facials, therapists wear both a mask and a face shield.
Before you book any treatments, always check their recents special offers online. With a dedicated staff, ocean views, and revitalizing treatments, a day at The Spa at Auberge Beach can improve anyone’s wellness.
